Notes

TASTING NOTES: Flavour: A subtle bitterness with a nice citrus and pine needle taste. Classic American Simcoe shines through with a soft initial mouth feel ending in a nice crisp finish from the pine and citrus notes. Aroma: Pine needles with a nice citrus aroma, and coupled with peach. BREWER¬タルS NOTES: Simcoe is the powerhouse of the new wave of American craft brewing, released in the year 2000 and of unknown (and dubious) parentage this hop is used almost obsessively by brewers in the US and is most commonly linked to IPAs. This cheeky little pale ale however should give you an insight into how amazing this tremendous hop is by smashing you in the face with aromas and flavours of passion fruit, pine and citrus.
