Taste Notes

Notable bitterness compared to Version One. Has a more fragrant nose most likely due to the Citra and Zythos addition since those are usually IPA hops and were added at flame out.

Notes

No starter, just two tubes of White Labs 007, best if used by 9-4-12 date on tubes.
