Taste Notes

Used distilled water and added salts to the mash water. Also added 2.6g Gypsum, 2.9g Cl, 1.2g espom for Sparge water. For a EZ water bitterness ratio of 0.73. First time using distilled water and adding sparge salts. Had a Mash 4.40ph
