Strike water 15L Strike temp 68deg Mash temp 65deg for 1hr At end of mash had gone from 60-80deg depending on where thermometer placed Stirred, average was 65deg, left for another 10mins Sparged with 1L water at 75deg Post mash volume = 11L (at approx 60degrees) Post mash SG = 1.049 Post boil volume = 8.8L Post boil SG = 1.064 Made up to 10.5L OG = 1.050
