Taste Notes
Big citrus hops at Xfer and bottling. BOS 1st at Baystreet Bash. Later brewed by Moon River Brewing.Notes
Process went great. Mash cut short and didn't lauter 1# grain, so less EE%. Added 60 minute hops by mistake, took from aroma hops. 30 seconds O2, no air. Straight pour thru strainer to carboy. Sharp citrus from airlock during active phase. 12 days primary, 4 secondary due to brew session and BBG comp. Bottled 10/6 with 3.6 oz CS. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
