Taste Notes
Drank first beer after 13 day conditioning. It is a bit "Gren" yet but a very clean refreshing beer. Fairly clear. Light gold color. Good balance of bittering.Notes
Brewed on Saturday july 21. Put in fermenterat 1:00 pm. by 8:00 pm fermentation was beginning to start.
Sunday the 22nd the fermentaion was proceeding nicely.
Friday 7-27-2012, racked to secondary...no noticable problems
Bottled on Friday 8-4-12...conditioned with 4.3 oz. Corn Sugar
Drank First Beer on Friday, 8-17-12... good beer
