Notes

efficentcy was set high...........so was 3 points down, post mash.......but ended up 1 point down after boil, not sure, of final amount, as no stickers on the new fermzilla................everthing went well, first brew with chiller inline from start to finish...........chilled it to 19.8, had to warm it up to 21 til fermentation kicks off, yeast instructions........... used salts i had measured out for the 33 litre batch.........
