Notes
Adapted from original AG 5-gal recipe; downgraded from 10.2%ABV orig, and increased volume to match demand! Awesome beer.
7/20/19 - re-tested original AG 5-gal brew - still superior to subsequent partial extract brews, time to change.
- Peat has been excessive; drop from 1lb to 0.25lb
- not sweet enough; add 1/4 lb Special B and switch to Munich LME (from Plain LME)
- consider also using Maris Otter instead of 2-row pale malt in mashThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
