Notes

Bottled first time mid-Jan 2015. Same as Evo4, except splitting batch for 2 different dry hop schedules; adding 2oz Centennial in one, something else in the other. Dry-hopped Mosaic in 1/2, Centennial in the other. Brew 3/31/18 Evo5 - 11# Maris Otter, 11# 2-row - not good, poor brew and lots of apparently contaminated bottles New recipe: swap in some corn to lighten body Consider 6-row pale malt instead of 2-row, also may lighten body
