Notes

Mashed 45 minutes at 150F, then started recirulation and raised temperature to 168F. Mash PH 5.41 taken at end of recirculation. Preboil gravity 1.035, 7 gallons preboil volume. Boiled 45 minutes per recipe. Whirlpooled through pump for 5 minutes at flameout, then begn cooling to 64F. Collected 5.5 gallons wort into Geneis fermenter at 64F. Postboil Gravity 1.043, PH 5.46.
