Notes

Mashed 45 minutes at 150F, then started recirulation and raised temperature to 168F. Mash PH 5.40 taken at end of recirculation. Preboil gravity 1.036, 7 gallons preboil volume. Boiled 45 minutes per recipe. Whirlpooled 5 minutes through pump at flameout then began chilling. Chilled to 64F and placed in basment with ambient 68F temperature. Collected 5.5 gallons, 1.043 gravity, 5.43PH.
