Notes
Mashed 45 minutes at 150F, then started recirulation and raised temperature to 168F. Mash PH 5.40 taken at end of recirculation. Preboil gravity 1.036, 7 gallons preboil volume. Boiled 45 minutes per recipe. Whirlpooled 5 minutes through pump at flameout then began chilling. Chilled to 64F and placed in basment with ambient 68F temperature. Collected 5.5 gallons, 1.043 gravity, 5.43PH. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
