Notes

Mash as normal, transfer to BK and boil for 10 mins to pasteurize, cool wort to 40°,.Add lacto 15 caps (IBS) @ 40° for 36hrs, seal up BK, once at 3.6ph boil as normal.... Ferment out and rack onto fruit for secondary Peaches 1kg Passion & dragon fruit.
