Added 8 g of Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) per 5 gallon container 13.5 lbs of grain 1.5 qt/lb = 5.0 gallons grain temp = 85F Strike water target temp = 158.7F to hit 150F mash temp Mash temp target = 150F, we ended up at 148.5F After 60 minutes, Final Mash temp was ###F, lost #F 45minutes in we collected some mash for pH reading = 5.3 @80F 5 gallons of sparge water heating to 175F Sparge mash hit ###F, letting sit for 15 minutes 8.2 gallons into the kettle @ 1.047 Late Addtion Hops: 2.0 oz Galaxy 2.5 oz Azacca 0.5 oz Ella 1.0 az Sabro Roughly 5.5 gallons in fermentor @ 1.056 Dry Hop: 2 oz Galaxy, 2 oz Ella, 2 oz ?? added on removed on temp raised to 70F Fermentation Schedule ## days at 65F Raised to 70F
