MASH:
-6.20 gallons for the strike water heated to 165 degrees
- Mash temp was at 150 degrees
- Added one teaspoon of calcium chloride and gypsum to strike water
- Got 4 gallons almost on the dot from first running
- spraged with about 5 gallons of water at 168 degrees
- - possibly a little less due to the amount i got on the first running i decided to cut back a bit on the sparge water
- ended up with about 8 gallons pre boil
- pre boil grav was 1.050!
BOIL:
- Boil for 60 minutes
- 1.5 ounces of warrior for bittering addition right at 60 min.
- medium to light boil
