Notes

Brew day the day before fathers day sunny June day high 78 deg. Brewing on my own today. Mash in states 168 deg. but with the brew bag used I will mash in at 172 deg. as the temp tends to drop 4 deg. Steep temp at 154 deg. Measured pre-boil SG identical to previuos batch at 1.043 and into fermenation at 1.055 SG. Dry hop additions after 21 days on Friday 7/5. Measured SG 1.010 dropped temp to 65 deg. Kegged on 7/17/19 keg was full to the very top. Force carbonated well and tapped well atg 20 psi.
