Mash-in: 153/175 Collected 8.75 gal. @ 1.039 To fermenter: 4.25 gal. SG: 1.058 Thought I was at 7 gal. in the kettle, but at flame out out was only at 6 gal. Lost 1/2 gal. in the kettle after chilling. Dry hop: 1 1/2 oz. Mosaic 1/2 oz. Azacca 1/2 oz. Citra Kegged: 5/4/19
