Notes

Dry Hopping does not begin until day 4 of ferment. AT which point the first dry hop additions additions are added for 3 days. After the 3 days the second dry hop additions are added for a further 4 days. Ferment should occur in 3 stages. 18 degrees celcius to start for 4 days or until ferment slows. 20 degrees celcius with first dry hop addition for 3 days. 22 degrees celcius with second dry hop addition for 4 days. Crash cool begore kegging.
