Reduced Fuggles to 1.25 oz (from 1.5) due to higher AA in the hops purchased today. 1 oz would be true to recipe but additional bitterness desired yields the 1.25 oz target.
Sparged with only 5L due to use of 60 min boil. Added lactose in the last 15 minutes.
Visible fermentation activity <24 hrs later. Check SG after 1 week = 1.022. After 2nd week was 1.021. Kegged
