Notes
didn’t take very good notes. Based on Heretic Shallow Grave clone from MoreBeer. Slight changes made to grain bill and also used step mash.
Visble activity in blow off tube within 8 hours. After three days switched to airlock. Checked SG at 12 and 14 days, remained constant at 1.017. Left for a third week for convenience reasons and then kegged on day 21. FG = 1.017.
