Taste Notes

Simcoe/ctz-The Veil 3 oz Simcoe pellets, 1 oz Simcoe Cryo, and 1 oz CTZ pellets day 3 of fermentation. 1 oz Simcoe Cryo, maybe 1 oz ctz in keg depending on sample. Galaxy/Vic Secret-Farmhouse NEIPA Yeast Blend 3 oz Galaxy, 2 oz Vic secret day 3 1 oz galaxy 1 or 2 oz vic secret in keg depending on sample.
