Taste Notes
After boil, cool to 120, add c02 and lactobacillus delbruekii. Keep warm, check pH daily. At 3.9, chilled to pitching temp, added US-05, and left to ferment. After 2-3 weeks fermentation was complete. Bottled. This beer is quite acidic and refreshing in the heat.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
