Notes

5.5 gallons of it was pitched with Imperial Juice. Force carbed and bottled to serve at Mark and Sarah’s wedding reception. Kegged 6/4/2019, burst carbonated for approx 18 hours at 40 psi. 5.5 gallons was pitched with Hornindal Kviek. Dry hop was in carboy for approximately 14 days. Kegged 6/7/2019. Kepted at serving pressure, approx 12 psi to carbonate.
