Cherry ripe - 750 grams of coco and cherries 3rd rendition - Lamington Stout Added 150grams of smoke manuka malt and used 200grams dark crystal and 150 grams of light. 250 grams cocao nibs in brandy 500 grams toasted shred coconut 500grams strawberries 50ml pure vanilla extract

Wow! 3rd rendition of this base recipe and the lamington style is absolutely sensational.
All rich stout up front then as it finishes it leaves your palate feeling like you have had a bite of a lamington.
Toasted shredded coconut, brandy soaked cacao nibs, pure vanilla essence & strawberries added after full fermentation in FV for 4 days
