Notes

Adicionei o malte Carafa 3, em um hopbag, na água de brassagem em aquecimento e retirei o saco quando a água atingiu 70C' A 73C' arriei o malte base e iniciei uma mostura de 90min. Na metade final da mostura arriarei os maltes Caraaroma e chocolate. Starter de 1,6 Litros de 21/04, inoculado em 23/04 a 30C
