Notes

Attempt at beer similar to Clockwork Tangerine. Based on One Eyed Willy, slightly less dry and bitter. Will use tangerine extract at flame out, quantity TBD with taste tests in Willy. Going for 1.5 drops per 0.5 litre, 3 drops per litre in pre boil volume of 73 litres. 219 drops = 7.67g. Yeast attenuation set to give about 78% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 67C. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water
