Taste Notes

* The taste when kegging (before dry hopping) is delicious. Full hoppiness without bitterness. Bright, clean citrus taste. It could benefit from more aroma, which should be provided by the dry hop.

Notes

- Yeast comes from starter developed from previously frozen vial of Wyeast 1056. - Aroma hops were used in hop stand for 60 minutes after wort was cooled to approximately 138 degrees F. - "Water Needed" volume was calculated using simplebiabcalculator.com, which resulted in 10.1 gal needed vs. 9.19 as calculated by Beersmith. Ultimately, 10.1 gal was the perfect amount.
