D. 08.09.13 Omstukket til 2. gæring, og tørhumlet med 25 gr. Simcoe og 50 gr. Galaxy. Det dufter himmelsk!!!!!!!!!!!!! Skal brygges med en anden vandprofil næste gang for blødere og mere harmonisk ale. Lidt for bitter/besk denne gang.
