Taste Notes

Week 1 Notes: Color is perfect! Flavor! = Slightly thick/heavy but packed with fruit and typical flavors. I wouldn't call it muddy but would call it complex. I honestly have no idea what I would change about this beer. Its what we were going for! Balance! = Lighter and crisper then Flavor! More Citra flavors with a hint of straight up juice! Will need more testing side by side to give more notes...
