Taste Notes
5/5/19 - Juicy, citrus and dankness with green pepper aroma. Weed. Yellow colored, clear. Very nice drinking out of the fermenter.Notes
Insprired by Bell's Two Hearted IPA recipe from AHA website with some tweaks.
4/22/19 - First beer brewed all electric with RIMS/Blichmann Tower of Power controller and 15 gallon boil coil/Blichmann Power Controller. Fly sparged, very efficient slightly high on all gravity readings. Very active fermentation within an hour of pitching. Settled down to 84.5F. No heat applied.
4/26/19 - Dry hopped with 1.5 oz Idaho #7 hop hash.
5/1/19 - SG =1.011ish. juicy and hoppy. Added seond dry hopped 1.5 oz Idaho #7 hop hash.
5/3/19 - Crashing down to 40s.
5/5/19 - Kegged with CO2 transfer 5 gallons plus 1 22 oz bottle. Saved yeast cake.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
