Notes

ajout de 100 grammes de riz. 17 litre pour sparge, 13 litre en réservé pour mash (73deg). mettre plus de riz la prochaine fois. moins de recyrculation au mash.. rien dans le fond après l'heure de mash. moudre un peu plus gros. ( réel 0.037 millième )pompe bloquée à la fin du boil. voir pour filtre ??
