White Labs 940 Mexican Lager Yeast
To make the beer more “American”, use Wyeast 2007, White Labs 840, Wyeast 2105 Rocky Mountain or 2035 American Lager.
I think the WLP940 really makes this beer But if you can’t find the WLP940 yeast (only available from White Labs in March & April as a platinum strain), use Wyeast 2124 or White Labs 830 as a substitute.Notes
