Wait 24 hours for the sulfites to do their thing, then sprinkle the dry yeast over the top of the must. Use TONSA 2.0 Calculator Go-Ferm needed 9 grams Water to dilute Go-Ferm 150 ml TOTAL NUTRIENT NEEDED(Fermaid-O and K) 6.9 grams + .2 grams DAP Each nutrient addition (4 total) 1.7 grams SUPPLEMENTAL DATA 1/3 Sugar Break 1.047 Add each nutrient addition at 24, 48 & 72-hours after yeast pitch. The fourth nutrient addition is added at the 1/3 sugar break listed above, or Day 7. Whichever comes first.
