Really good
by SombyDry hopped 10 days, cold crash last 3 days. Will definately be brewing this again.
A really good ipa
by donbOG a little low (1.085) but for 6 gallon batch. FG about 1.018 is a little high, so maybe they balance. Anyway, a very drinkable beer as it ages. Doesn't have the bite of some IPAs, very soft in the mouth. Used a full pound of candi which may explain the difference.
Delicious!
by AnimatorOG high at 1.099 but FG at 1.022. Pretty harsh up to at least a month (kegged so I tried about every week) but balanced out nicely after that and keeps getting better.
