Notes
Do a protein rest at 50 to 55 degrees Celcius for 20 to 30 minutes. 90 minute boil is recommended for smoothest taste
We added 200gr Carafa II the last 10 minutes of the mash because the colour was off.
We also did first wort hopping. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
