Grain pulverized as usual from shitty mill at emporium.
Did not do full decoction, skipper the 145 step and did 150, then 168. Did not hit 168.
Intended to two hop additions but due to low alpha, dropped all 3oz at 60min.
Pitched same day at 50F
Went full week to get to 1.020
