Mash in at 149.5F Mash at 30 mins. 5.47 pH, Post boil pH 5.27 Added 1# sugar Pitch and ferment for 4 at 65F 5/31 Set temp to 70 dry hop on 6/2 Second dry hop on 6/5 Cold crash to 50 on 6/7 Keg on 6/8 low pre boil gravity added 1# sugar to boil.
