Notes

Mash was 154. Stuck sparge. Dumped grain into bag then re-sparged after clearing clog. Beersmith does not accurately calculate lactose at this date. Adjusted the lactose manually in the lactose details in recipe to note. The OG measured at 1.060 with lactose. This is high. Actual is 1.046.
