Notes

Starter 2 pct 34/70 3 litros e 342g de DME (OG 1.040). Utilizar enzima para aumentar atenuação, proposto 0.998 de FG. 6.8% teor alcóolico. Dry hopping com 10 limões sicilianos embebidos em 150ml de vodka . HOP TEA com 20g de citra e 20g de cascade * HOP TEA: infusão de 40 g de lúpulo (20 cascade e 20 citra) em 250ml de água a 70 graus por 15 min. Lupulos dentro de uma meia calça. Primming 8g/L
