Only a rough brainstorm recipe
A reiterated mash obviously on GF
Perhaps need to drop teh Chocolate rye or Carafa 111
Estimates not actuall proportions :- Oak chips need tempering, so can add small amounts in fv or boil in small amount of water and add a reduction to taste,
Estimates not actuall proportions :- Blackberrys puree & Raspberrys puree careful additions and scaling up. Doesnt want to be too bitter to allow the fruit through
Estimates not actuall proportions :- Addition of wine must in FV as an extra need to watch tannin levels or add small amount of red wine something fruity
