Notes

- Measured 5.00pH 15 mins into mash - added 3 grams NaHCO3 at 20 mins left - Extended mash by approx 30 minutes - Measured 5.20 15 mins after adding NaHCO3 - 10 minute addition went in at 9 minues - Post-boil SG was 1.043 hydrometer (adjusted) and 1.044 on the refractometer - SG in fermenter was 1.053 hydrometer (adjusted) and 1.055 on the refractometer - Collected just under 23L - Aerated with paddle and pitched 2L starter at 20 deg C
