Taste Notes

Great head, medium aroma. I must have pulled too many hops into the Keg as I have some floaters even after 2 plus weeks in the keg. Cold crash next time. Not as clear as I’d like, probable chill haze, I need a chiller badly for that cold break. Delicate wine notes with a bunch of bitterness, next time I should dial down the bite and try and make it more rounded, maybe NB Hops as FW? White grape on the nose with some melon there too.
