Taste Notes

22nd November 2018. Light, floral, an touch spicy, lemony. Very easy to drink, not filling. You can taste the malt, its there and not in your face, so more hops needed to give this more pow, or add something to the malt profile instead. Body is a little too thin for my palate. I’ll also try and incorporate a little more flavor to support the aroma and body. Maybe not enough hops? Great color for a session beer. IBUs don’t really pop, but this is a session ale.
