Taste Notes

Dec 6th. 2 weeks after bottling from the keg. Carbonation is fine! Phew. It might be a touch too bitter for an APA. Dry on the tounge which I like. Could so something to round the bitterness, maybe only late hops? or adjust the water profile a touch. Enjoyable malt flavor. Love the color. Might add more citra next time, the simcoe is quite strong. No obvious off flavors.
