Notes

AG#110 was superb. AG#111 Ekuanot was too dry at 1.006 but had lager malt whereas this doesn't. Very slight increase in mash to 66.3C to hopefully keep it no lower than 1.007. Yeast attenuation set to give about 83% AA for Mangrove Jack M44 West Coast dry yeast at 66.3C. Yeast: 3 packets of Mangrove Jack M44 Mr Tasty water
