Notes

hop additions: 25min = 10min 20min = 5min and transfer to whirlpool (15min to transfer and cool to 90c) add 10min steep hops at ~90c as its cooling (90-80c in 10min?) add 0min whirlpool hops when below 80c and start 45min cooling transfer with hops in bags *if transfer takes longer than 15min, skip 10min steep hops and add all steep/whirlpool hops at below 80c
