Notes
1st time useing new Blickman 10 gal pot with false bottem
ground grain and added it into brew pot @ 100 degrees, stirred often to even out heat. took 30 min to get from 100 to 154 degrees where I took it off heat and set pot inside green house for 90 min. (lost 5 degrees over that period) OG at this point was 1.058
Boil: added 1 Oz. each of Willamette and Amarillo. 45 min latter I added a cap full of Irish Moss, then with 10 min to go I added 1 Oz each of the following. Tettnang, Liberty, Citra. Also at this point I picked off two sprigs of Lemmon balm off my plant and threw it in the pot too... what the hell :)
Last addition of hopps were 32 Grams of Crystal with 5 min left.
Kill heat and chilled to 78 degrees and added yeast(used smack pack and pre started it 30 hours ago).
Brew time. started at 12pm and finished at 6pmThis Recipe Has Not Been Rated
