Excellent Smoked Porter

by dlyford

This was even better than the original recipe. The extra 1/2 pound of smoked malt did not over power the beer. The extra chocolate seemed to be a good mistake. Brew this and you and your friends will love it.

Smokey and Chocolatey

by Lookitsameluigi

This recipe was fantastic. Made the small adjustments from the notes. It was exactly what we wanted. Rich chocolate flavor with the strong smokey taste. Went terrific with some smoked brisket and also used for vanilla porter float.
