Taste Notes

add Brett and two ounces of sugar dissolved in four ounces or less of water to the keg. Hold at 70-75 for one month before crashing. WY3112 Brett Brux can also work. WLP645 is for the tropical version (which I think we'd prefer).

Notes

From Experimental Homebrewing. Mashed 145 bit low - heated some 1/2 gal fesh pull to 175. OG 1.055 Pitched Belgian strong ale yeast no starter. 5/4 Kegged 5/21 with 4oz filtered water and 2oz sugar w WLP645. Pulled sample and let decarb. FG 1.000
