Taste Notes

Nice hop aroma from the Amarillo. Could be slightly more bitter. Taste is fairly muted, hints of malt character and earthiness but perhaps too little hints. Finished nice and clean. Good head, hop taste is very nice.

Notes

Could increase the percentage of rye to 15% of the grain I’ll, and increase crystal 40 by 3-5%. Lower pale ale malt accordingly.
