Grisette as far as I understand is kind of young table-strength Saison with bunch of wheat: - young: no tartness no brett not stale - table-strengh: 3 to 4% ABV - saison: refreshing, crisp, hoppy maltiness and some mystery spices, highly carbonated - bunch of wheat: very pale more bready
